4 faithful pax got out of bed and made it out for a wet and humid #Brickpile. As the Dawnsrike crew was making their appearance back to the parking lot, the faithful 4 got to work.

Mosey to Adger and up the hill to the Devereux intersection:
20 Merkins OYO
20 BB sit ups OYO – Hold the plank position until all pax are finished
Mosey down Devereux to Princeton
At Princeton, Lunge walk to the speed limit sign and mosey to the next corner
Carolina Dry Docks 15 OYO then mosey to the next corner
Squats 15 OYO then mosey to next corner
Merkins 20 OYO then mosey back to starting spot at Princeton
Rinse and Repeat
Mosey back down Devereux to Adger intersection
Merkins x 20 OYO
BB Sit ups x 20 OYO- Hold plank position until all are done
Mosey down Adger back to big field and partner up (Wheelbarrow position)
Partner 1 on the ground walks out 10 paces
Partner 2, as he holds his partners legs, does 10 squats
Alternate until both do 50 (One of the pax had some back issues so we did not alternate partners)
Mosey to Brickpile and collect two bricks
Curls for the girls to the wall behind the school
Wall sits w/o the block- 45 secs
Jungleboi Squats x 20 4 ct
Brick Raises ( front and side) x 20 4 ct
Freedom Twist w/ bricks x 20 4 ct
Bench Press w/ bricks x 20 OYO
Rinse and Repeat (next round of wall sits we used our bricks)

Mosey to Hollywood squares for a Hustler lead amrap
Lunge jumps 10 both leg OYO
Monkey Humpers 10 OYO (on top of the squares)
Step ups 10 both legs OYO
We ended with a fun round of Boat Canoe
