THE THANG: mosey to the battle, do 11 pull ups before deciding against a battle loop workout
Then do the Beltline-Trenholm-Forest drive run route, fishing up at the battle loop with 11 pull-ups. Along the route did about 110 decline merkins and about 70 or so lunges
