June 2nd Turning Point Q

Weather: 72 degrees and humid. Perfect day for a core and arm/shoulder crank out. “The old man” has showed up for a youthful beat down.  YHC was reminding other Turning Point pax that he was able to bring the strong game this morning and was hoping not to disappoint.

Mosey to teacher parking lot.

SSH x 15
Merkins x 5
TTT x 15
Merkins x 5
Windmill x 15 (At this time there was some “discrepancies” about if YHC actually knew what a Windmill exercise was, and we will just chalk this moment up to a “brain fart” and leave it at that. Appreciate the accountability…
Merkins x5

Mosey on to blockpile and each pax grabs a block.
Mosey down to the corner of the soccer field for The Thang.

3 Rounds each begin with the following Plankarama x 10 IC
Shoulder Taps
Flutter Kicks
Carolina Dry Dock
Hello Dolly
Peter Parkers – YHC demonstrated an updated form of Peter Parker that involved a high and low plank during the movement and this was the baller buster.  It was not initially”well received, but it was a modified by some. YHC admits this one was felt during and after.
BoxCutters
Parker Peters
Gas Pumps

Each round the pax preformed 20 reps of a called exercise and then traveled to the next corner of the soccer field.  The first short side we John Cusacked carried the blocks, the last short side back to our start we boom box carried.

Round One: Plankarama then…

Round Two:  Plankarama then…

Round Three:  Plankarama then…
