Staying Dry at Bounty

It’s been a while since YHC Q’d at Bounty, so it was good to be out there today with Duff and Hoist. With Dam to Dam on the horizon this weekend, we took it a little easy and saved our legs, and ourselves from injury. Good work, men, looking forward to next time.

Here’s how the official Bounty workout went:

Conditions:  Rainy, low 60’s
