Today was YHC’s first Q since we reunited The Stand and Snake Pit. It’s only been a month and YHC can see that the PAX are happy that we have returned. YHC has been struggling for sometime now physically. Many of the exercises are heavily modified but the fellowship and support keeps bringing me back even if I can’t do several of the exercises. YHC knows the saying “If you can’t do it, don’t Q it.” But, is pretty sure that none of the PAX here really care. If they do, then they can sign up to Q! In all seriousness YHC is happy to push these men and help them all get better!! This was definitely not a breeze and we may rename the breezeway.

The Thang
-Slaughter starter 20 Burpees OYO
-Sprint from one end to the other. Notice the 15 columns, they will soon be your stops along your route.
-Balls to the wall pick a column and hold while waiting on the 6
–Apple turnover– Bear crawl 3 columns and then turn over and Crab walk for 3 columns (Down and back). Do 10 Monkey Humpers at each column
-Plank on the 6
–Lunge to the opposite end and perform 5 merkins at each column.
-Plank on the 6
–Bunny Hop and Duck walk back (switch at each column) but stop at each column and do 5 Sumo squats. (Make sure that when you squat your hands touch the ground!!!)

We had about 3 minutes left so we fellowshipped. It was nice to finish a few minutes early and enjoy our time with each other. The men may be worried about sitting or have to get up later. This workout really smoked the legs!!
