  2. Big boy sit ups and Russian twist
  3. Jump-squats and Jump-lunges

Emily circuit (amrap)

  1. Amphitheater: step-up with cinder block (x20), merkins (x15)
  2. Playground: big boy situps (x10), pull-ups (x5)

With a partner on the street next to Emily:

  1. One man carries two blocks up/down the hill
  2. The other man does flutter kicks

Back to where the whole quad-burning, glute-busting routine started for a quick burpie/merkin ladder.
