21 pax decided to better themselves by attending the Silent F workshop (form school) held by your local resident PT, Stretch. It was good a turnout and I hope each pax member was able to take something out of the workshop to help improve their form. Had groups of three with two men providing feedback to the one performing the exercise (two sets of eyes are always better than one). This was done for every exercise.
The Thang:
Emphasis was placed on proper alignment with the spine prior to any exercise
The following exercises were addressed today breaking each one down for proper form and loading of appropriate muscle groups.
