10 Pax said hello to the day by gathering for another fun time at the Brickpile. Most of the time I love ping pong. However, when the ball says 1 minute of burpees, I tend to think bad thoughts of the sport.

- 2 min AMRAP each
- 10 merkin, 10 LBC, 10 Squat
- 10 wide arm merkin, 10 big boy sit-up, 10 lunge
- 10 diamond merkin, 20 flutter, 10 side lunge
Mosey to Hollywood Squares
- 3 min AMRAP each
- 10 incline merkin, 10 step-up, 10 dip
- 10 decline merkin, 10 step-up, 10 windmill dip
- 10 incline or decline merkin, 10 step-up, 10 seated crunch
Mosey to Field
2 bags w/ ping-pong balls set at tree line and light pole. Get ball at tree line, do exercise, run to other bag, get ball, do exercise, back peddle to tree line, rinse and repeat.

- Run to other side, 10 hello dolly, return, rinse and repeat x3
Mosey to brickpile and get block

- 10 curl, 10 press, 10 tricep
- 10 bench, 20 raised block flutter kick, 5 big boy sit-up
- 10 squat with block, 10 Cusak lunge, 10 standing side crunch with block
