WARMUP: classic exercises. Side, straddlehops, Imperial, Walkers, squats, through the tunnel, windmill, stuff on your six, and, of course… Finkle swings!
THE THANG: Each pax drew 4 exercise cards from the sack of pain. They got to choose how many reps each one would be. Five, 10, 15, 20 reps were the choices. There may have been some duplicates. Blocks weren’t really necessary. But they’re always nice to have around.
ANNOUNCEMENTS: the MRI, healed Geppetto‘s knee. Who knew an MRI have healing powers? he should’ve had the MRI on his ankle.
