The Thang:
Mosey to corner of Brandon and Landon.
20 Min AMRAP:
15 Hand-Release Merkins, 15 2-Ct Jump Lunges, 15 BBSU’s, run to next corner and repeat exercises at the four corners of park. (Brandon & Damson, Damson and Woodlawn Ave, Woodlawn and Landon)
After completion of exercise sets at each corner begin flutter kicks OYO while waiting for the six.
10 Flutter Kicks IC
15 Min AMRAP:
15 Pullups, 20 Dips, 25 Squats
Mosey to The General
Bear Crawl up, Frwd Crab Walk down, hold plank waiting for the six.
Rinse and Repeat
20 Mtn Climbers IC
Mosey to Baseball Field
Line up on Right Foul line:
Light pole sprints (at each pole (2) and opposite foul line drop for 5 hand release merkins)
Repeat during sprints back to starting line.
Same procedure but switch to diamond merkins.
One more round with BBSU’s across field but sprint total way back to Right Foul Line.
