Mosey toward back lot- TTT X 10 IC, LBAC (F/R) X 10 IC
Mosey to teacher’s lot- IW X 10 IC, Merkins X 10 OYO, LBC X 20 IC
If waiting on exercise or pax to throw- rotate between plank & Al Gore
Box set up with exercises listed- each pax took turns throwing velcro ball at a target with numbers 0-20. Exercises included: SSH, IW, Squats, LBC, Merkins, Burpees, BBSU & calf raises. I don’t remember the reps cuz it was determined by throw of velcro ball. (I do know it was 19 burpees since someone talked about that the rest of the workout). Mosey to brick pile- get 2 bricks- mosey to soccer field. Begin near playground end for a Quarter Pounder w/ chez (all reps are with bricks except SSH). Run to first tree- 25 merkins back to start, 2nd tree- 50 squats then run back, 3rd tree- 75 SSH, 4th tree- 100 LBC (before running to start) mosey to stairs, 10 each of calf raises, reg, toes in & toes out. Continue to top of stairs for bowling. Each pin had a number 1-10. Pax got 2 tries to knock down the pins. Add pins that are left for reps of exercise. Pax 1- had 3- burpees, Pax 2- 7 remaining- 7 burpees (Wapner moved pretty fast to chase the Pax that called this), Pax 3- 12? squats. Time to finish the 1/4 lb w/ chez– put bricks back. Mosey to flag- 1 minute remaining- IW for Walker- last 10 seconds go as fast as you can.
