It was a brisk morning at smokehouse and QIC had arrived a little early even after having to scrap the windshield. The men slowly trickled in and at 5AM QIC called time and issued the normal warnings about his amaeture status and informing the men they they should not over exert themselves. A few words of thanks for the abillity to do the harder things were cast up toward the All Mighty.
Warm up (which was needed this morning)

Mosey down the parking lot and over to the vistior ticket booth, up to the home ticket booth, back to the cars.
The Thang Part 1: (in the parking lot where distances are marked by parking spots, lamp posts and handicap parking signs)
Bear Crawl some distance (between 2 sets of handicap signs) , 1 squat jump, crawl bear back to the start 1 squat jump. Bear Crawl some other distance that is about 2 times the first distance then do 2 squat jumps, crawl bear back to the start 2 squat jumps. Bear Crawl even further with 3 jump squats and then do it again but go a little more 4 jump squats
The Thang Part 2:
Mosey to the bricks and each Pax takes 2 bricks and then head to the stadium.
At the first opening, perform 1 single, lonely RR Stop (renegade row squat thrust and overhead press). Run Down the stairs and over 1 and back up and add a second 1 RR Stop. Back down the same stairs and then over one and do 3 RR Stop. So forth and So on until the Pax completed 6 RR Stops.
Wall sit for the Six
YHC noticed that 2 fences were open and leading to the track and it was too tempting to pass up. The Pax partnered up on the track (with bricks still in hand). Pax 1 does 20 big boy sit-ups while Pax 2 does lunges up the track. Once 20 BBSU are done P1 runs to P2 and P1 lunges and P2 does the BBSU. The Pax made it about 1/4 of the way around the track and then turned around and started back toward the block pile. YHC call for the pax to return the bricks and head to the flag.
Once back to the flag time was called, no time for Mary. Poor girl
YHC called for announcements and Wilson called HIM out of his breach of procedure.
