THE THANG: Using a light-up frisbee, do the repeat reps after each toss, while moving towards a target place.

Part 1: AO to playground
—> 5 jump squats + 10 merkins + 15 squats x 9 throws
—> 9 burpies
—> 9 pull ups

Part 2: Playground to tyre cage
—> 10 merkins + 15 calf raises + 20 LBCs
—> 12 burpies

Part 3: Return to AO, just tosses, so…
—> 7 burpies
