10 Pax arrived at Sandlot with the expectation of getting stronger. Binary was on the Q and hoped to not disappoint. With one new FNG who earned his medical nickname of Staph after today’s workout, this workout was going to be one that would be remembered by the Pax for some time.

Great push and mumblechatter by the Pax. This was a fun beatdown workout to go through. T-claps to Hamm for beasting it today. He took even Honey Do and Hot Tub to the woodshed on this one and especially the rest of us. VQ is definitely in his near future.
