60 sec each: Merkin, big boy, box jump, mosey lap.
45 sec each: wide Merkin, V-up, lunges, mosey lap.
30 sec each: close Merkin, ww2, box jump, mosey lap.
15 sec each: Merkin, Ray Charles, lunge, mosey lap.
60 sec each: dips, Freddie Mercury, step-ups, mosey.
45 sec each: burpees, Spider-Man, calf raises, mosey.
30 sec each: dips, v-ups, lunges, mosey.
15 sec each: merkins, more abs, squats, mosey to brick pile.
25x each with CMU: curls and overhead press, lunge back to cars.
Count/name-o-rama, announcements, prayer requests, after a quick story, mostly true, we named welcomed “Two Way” to the F3 family!
