Ok, Follow me to Field one:
- Homeplate to Rightfield – Lunges
- Rightfield – 30 Merkins
- Rightfield to Leftfield – Run
- Leftfield – 30 LBCs
- Leftfield to Homeplate – Duckwalk
- Homeplate – 30 Squats
Run to Field 2:
- Homeplate – 30 Carolina Dry Docks
- Shift Sideways to Firstbase (left leg first) then Shift Sideways to Rightfield (right leg first)
- Rightfield – 15 Big Boys
- Karoake to Leftfield
- Leftfield – 10 Burpees
Run to Field 3:
- Homeplate – 30 Shoulder Presses
- Butt Kick your way to Leftfield
- Leftfield – 40 Arm Circles
- High Knees to Right Field
- Rightfield – 40 Flutter Kicks
Run to the Picnic Tables…
- 25 Dips
- Run to the Monkey Bars
- 5 pull ups (we will do more next time)
Recovery Run around the Parking Lot then…
SPRINT FULL SPEED!!!! (40 yards or so)
Then…
Rinse and Repeat back to Field 1 Homeplate
* We made it back to field 3 again before the clock suggested we needed to mosey back to the Tennis courts. We will do even more next time!
Circle and Pair Up:
- Pairs Responsible for 100 Mountain Climbers and 100 LBCs
- Pairs Responsible for 100 Merkins
Closing Time:
Inspiration – Ephesians 2:10 says that God has already planned and prepared good works for our lives. Getting together earliy in the morning, participating in the gloom building strength, endurance, mental toughness, physical toughness, and patience helps us to prepare ourselves for those good works. We are better prepared to be better husbands, fathers, friends, co-workers, and members of our community. That inspires me. I hope it inspires you.
