Line up on the tree line. Field suicides. Run to soccer goal 15 merkins, 15 crunches, back to tree line 10 burpees. Run ¾ of field 15 merkins, 15 crunches, back to the tree line 10 burpees. Run to big tree in upper field 15 merkins, 15 crunches, back to tree line 10 burpees. Rinse & repeat down to 8 burpees (crowd pleaser).

For those counting at home… 165 merkins, 53 burpees, 140 crunches plus brick work and suicides. Great work by the pax. The Q was smoked and had to receive some encouragement from the young bucks, Adrian & Cesspool. Thanks guys!
