It was great to be leading such a fine group of Men and even Nub for this workout. I started off with some pre blasting and Wino tried to get as far away from me as possible. I brought this workout back from the workout that we done in Naperville, IL and did a little altering it.

We started out with a lap of Indian snake run and since everyone thought it was so easy we decided to do another lap.
We then all met at the block pile and paired up with a partner. Once I said that the workout was BOMBS, Urkel originally thought I said BONGS and a couple of our pax got a little too excited. Once one partner was doing the exercises the other partner ran 100 yards and back. The workout consisted of 50 Burpees, 100 Overhead block presses, 150 Merkins, 200 Big Boy Sit Ups, and 250 Squats. For some of the group like Anti aging cream Hollywood and Wino it wasn’t that hard, but for people like myself it was challenging. Pole Cat was working hard and even if he wasn’t his sweat progression on his shirt was. We all finished up the workout with minutes to spare and returned the blocks and mosey back to the shovel flag.
