DawnStrike comes to Hammer

18 Pax showed up for YHC’s guest Q at Hammer. YHC was more than happy to take up the invitation from McNugget to Q the pax of Hammer on this frosty Tuesday morning. Not sure what possessed him to let one of us DawnStrike heathen cross the BeltLine, but I sure am glad he did. I always enjoy seeing my brothers at Hammer, and as usual, they all mostly outworked me and my plan.

I encourage the Thunder and Hammer AOQs to swap some of their Qs in the future, as this would mix-up what are two very separate groups. I know for a fact there are Thunder pax of years who wouldn’t recognize Hammer pax of years, and vice-versa.

Mosey over to the very well hidden brick/block pile. Everyone got two bricks until we ran out, then the rest of the pax got blocks.  Mosey over and down Landrum to the bottom of the hill.

First Set:  Run w/ bricks to light-pole &back, Lunge-walk w/ bricks to light-pole &back, Bear Crawl to light-pole & back, Hold Plank

Second set: Run w/ bricks to light-pole &back, Lunge-walk w/ bricks to light-pole &back, Crab-walk to light-pole & back, Hold Plank

Third Set: Run to light pole and back after each–> (20) Big-boy situps w/ bricks, (20) Squats w/ bricks, (20) LBCs w/ bricks, Hold Plank

Fourth Set: Run to light pole and back after each–> (20) Curls w/ bricks, (20) Overhead press w/ bricks, (20) Squat-Thrusts w/ bricks, Hold Plank

Two-lines Indian Run with bricks to the top of Landrum
