16 Pax showed up for a 16 pain station “beat down” hosted by Good Hands. Explanations may have run a little long and I apparently forgot how to use a phone/blue tooth but once we got rolling all was well. Has there ever been 2 skateboards, a boogie board, a kids bike and a pogo stick at one workout? I doubt it. These were to celebrate the start of a new school year. How did your kid get to school this morning? Thanks to Harp for bringing an FNG!
Conditions: Muggy and rain held off

Devo (Cliff Notes): Every marriage has a season…Your marriage should be you 2nd most important relationship behind your relationship with God. It takes a lot of hard work. Sometimes you don’t like each other. Sometimes you don’t want to talk to each other. You point fingers. You argue. You blame. You criticize. You tear down. But do you give up?!? DON’T!!!!
Keep fighting! Even if one of you has given up. It is hard. Not meant to be easy. You can do it. Spend time together. Pray for them and yourself. Pray together. Realize that neither of you are perfect. It’s not a contest. Be vulnerable. Don’t have secrets. Get counseling with a Christian counselor. Show physical affection. Make love. Encourage. DON’T YOU GIVE UP!! KEEP FIGHTING! (reach this to your spouse as it may be a good first step if you are struggling)
I would be happy to send you the entire devo if you would like.
