This morning was just like any normal Tuesday… After 5 years of posting, YHC doesn’t know what a Tuesday that doesn’t start with a beatdown really feels like. And at Ambush we get started early. When I rolled in at 3 minutes to 4, Eggo was already there waiting to run. In fact, before BC we had 8 guys run 4-6 miles. Then we got after it. Below is what went down.

Mosey to the Hex for COP all IC- Diamond Formation
SSH x 20
TTT x 20
Imperial Walker x 20 Clockwise- Diamond Formation
Mosey around the Middle school to the entrance…This morning we also made a point to pray for the upcoming school year. We worked 2 prayer breaks into the the workout at the entrance of both the Middle and Elementary schools.
Partner up at the flag pole. One man runs around the inner loop, the other preforms 10 Squats, 10 Flutter kicks, 10 merkins, and then holds plank until his partner returns. 5 rounds- Each man gets 50 reps of all.
Moseyed to the elementary school for another prayer.
Then we split into three 4 man teams and had a sprint relay. 4 x 100- All 9’s cheated.
Moseyed to the block pile. Partner up on Ambush Alley. One pax farmer carried O&B to the first light. The other did deep lunges until he returned. Flapjack.
Return blocks then mosey back to flag.

Devo: The Power of Simple Words
2 Peter 1:12-21
You don’t need to be a theologian, or have all the right words to share what God has done in your life to the people around you that do not know Him. Those simple stories can have an eternal impact if they point to Christ. So look around. Plant a seed. God will handle the rest.
