8 Pax showed up to help YHC celebrate 6 years of doing this craziness. I can say a lot of things about the last 6 years, but it’s definitely the meaningful relationships and opportunities to serve each other (and our community) that keeps me coming back. I greatly appreciate all the pax who have challenged me along the way that helped me step out my comfort zone to lead and serve. We’ve prayed together. We’ve laughed and celebrated together. We’ve cried and hurt together. We’ve served each other and our community together. We push each other to become better men. This is what F3 is all about and I’m grateful to be part of it.

The Thang:
Four Corners: 5 reps of called exercise at each of the 4 corners, every round adds a new exercise after doing the one from the last round again.
We are bear-crawling between each cone.
Round one: 5 merkins at each cone (20 total reps) at each cone.
Round two: 5 merkins + 5 (2ct) shoulder taps at each cone.
Round three: 5 merkins + 5 (2ct) shoulder taps + 5 Carolina DD’s at each cone.
Round four: 5 merkins + 5 (2ct) shoulder taps + 5 Carolina DD’s + 5 plank jacks at each cone.
Round five: 5 merkins + 5 (2ct) shoulder taps + 5 Carolina DD’s + 5 plank jacks + 5 burpees at each cone.
Next Thang:
15 minutes left so let’s grab a block and perform X15IC of the following all consecutive without taking your hands off the block: CFTG’s, Shoulder Press, Plank jacks, Merkins, Blockees.
