Mosey to the block pile to get a block and then mosey to the concrete area outside the fence to the baseball field. We circled up once all PAX arrived with their block.
The Thang: Workout went a little something like this: 45 secs of each exercise with a 15 sec rest between each exercise. Once all exercises were complete we ran to the Tomcat stairs and back. Rinse and repeat for a total of 3 circuits.

What do you spend most of your time doing? What things do you worry over most? Where do you spend most of your money? If after reading the above passage you are reluctant to answer these questions, it may be time to adjust your priorities. Jesus warns that if we invest too much of ourselves into this world then we can lose our souls. Our home is ultimately in heaven. We must not get so caught up in getting ahead in the NOW that we lose Jesus.
