25 pax showed up on a chilly damp Thursday morning to help Shake N’ Bake celebrate 44 years of good living. There’s no better way to celebrate a 44th birthday than with brothers of F3!!!

Half way through, YHC stopped the Pax and got them on their feet and gave words of encouragement. Talked about just how far you can push yourself. Just when you think you have given all you have, there is always a little more left in the tank, if you choose to use it. When you are reaching for the sky, you can always reach just a little bit higher.
All Pax then completed the 44 yard Dragon Walk, Merkin style.

Some words given by Shake N” Bake:
Philippians 4:13 “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.” The bible does not say, I can do all things. It says, I can do all things through Christ. There will be plenty things in life that are put on you that are too much to handle, own your on. But with Christ in your life, all things are possible. Genesis 18:14 “Is anything to hard for the Lord?…” God can do anything. Put him in the center of your life and you can do anything with him.
