SnakePit, Ranger and a little PYT Inspiration

7 Pax post to Snakepit for a little Ranger lead workout with a little inspiration from PYT. With an audible ude to sprinklers on the fields (a little too cool for a wet workout if we didnt have to). It is always great to get out to other AOs to see the Pax and enjoy the variety each AO has to offer. Stair, Stairs and Stairs are always plentiful and not to be missed.

Mosey to Stairs.

Ladder or merkins and squats:
Run to first landing, 10 squats, return to bottom 10 merkins
Run to first landing, 10 squats, run to second landing 10 merkins, to first landing 10 squats, to the bottom 10 merkins.
Repeat adding on landing each round, alternating mekins and squats at each landing up and down,
total 280 Merkins and 280 Squats

Lundge across field
Bear crawl back across field

Mosey to Brick piles for Pyramid:

1 Merkin – 4 overhead presses with bricks
2 Merkin – 8 overhead presses
Increase 1 merkin and 4 pressess until 10 merkins and 40 presses
Total 55 Merkins and 220 presses
