Last weekend was an incredible weekend for D2D runners. Shawshank showed up in force and set the roads on fire. Shout out to Paper Jam and Juice for putting on a great event. Nice Job!
3 Pax this morning had not had enough running so they enjoyed a little Full Stride Light. Last night, YHC decided it is time to start focusing on something besides running. Time for something else in Bootcamp.

THE THANG:
Mosey to the block pile where each pax will get 2 blocks, one for each shoulder.
Line up at the goal line, for a ladder workout. At the goal line we will do 20 curls for the girls. Farmer’s carry both blocks down to large light Pole at the end of the field. Then we will do one exercise and add one exercise each return trip. The exercises are 5 Burpees, 10 Boat/Canoes, 15 Merkins, and 20 Lunges. Once we get to the top of the ladder, come back down subtracting one exercise each trip.
Return Blocks and mosey back to the virtual Shovel Flag.
