Mosey to the steps between the parking lot and the parking garage for The Running of the Stairs
All PAX hold plank at the bottom while one person goes up the steps doing a different exercise each round and holds Balls to the Wall until the Six reaches the top.
Here are the Rounds:
Round 1 – one foot on each step
Round 2 – one foot on every other step
Round 3 – broad jump up the steps
Round 4 – reverse bearcrawl up the steps
After Rounds 3 and 4 the PAX performed 50 flutter kicks only counting one leg.
The PAX went back through Rounds 1-4 then moseyed back to COT for 50 flutters
