Mosey to the entrance to the soccer field and stop at the 1st Big Light Pole
▪ Exercises to be done at each Big Light Pole
▪ Hand Release Merkins
▪ Plank Jump-Ins
▪ Monkey Humpers
▪ Jump Squats
▪ Start with x2 of each exercise at the 1st Big Light Pole and then add 2 additional reps at each Big Light Pole following
▪ Continue adding through x14 reps (7th Big Light Poles)
▪ At the 8th Big Light Pole do x10 Burpees
▪ From Poles 9-15, count down reps by 2 from x14 down to x2
Mosey to the far hill

▪ 1 Merkin at the bottom
▪ Backward Mosey up the hill
▪ 10 BBSUs at the top
▪ Mosey down the hill
▪ Repeat adding 1 rep at the bottom and subtracting 1 rep from the top each round
Mosey around Warden’s Way
▪ X10 Merkins, Squats, & BBSUs at two trees along the way
Stop at the Big Shelter
