We lost a great man 4 years ago today. Cheech’s passing rocked not only our F3 community but the entire Lexington community as well.
We remembered John “Cheech” Flanagan this morning the best way we know how. We ran and reflected on where we stand with our families and our Savior.
We counted 37 men this morning. Add one more to make it 38. As the brick above represents, Cheech is always with us at Stride.
Conditions: 72 degrees, 91% humidity

Devo: 2 Timothy 7:4 & the genesis of #LeaveNoDoubt
It was said after Cheech’s passing that he left no doubt as father, that his kids knew he loved them. As a husband, that his wife knew that he loved her. And as a Christian, that he loved his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and he was destined for eternal life. Cheech had no idea when he woke up on 6/21/17 that that was to be his last day. His legacy is that we need to ensure our wives, our kids, and our Savior know exactly where we stand. We need to #leavenodoubt.
