Mosey to Block pile & grab 2 Bricks and 1 Block then mosey to front of Courtyard.
3 Sets of Hard work = Full Body Ripness!!

- Merkins/ Incline Merkins/ Decline x 15
- Skull Crushers/ Kickbacks/ Dips x 15
Active Rest
- Lung with Bricks & rotate upper body over each leg = 2nd light post & back

- Bent Over Rows x 25
- Curls for the Girls/ Reverse Curls for the Girls/ Hammer Curls x 15

Set #3 = Shoulders
- Overhead Press x 15
- Arms Raises Front/ Arm Raises Side x 15

- Boat / Canoe x 15
- V-ups x 15
- Sprint length of Courtyard & back
Repeat All 3 Sets (No Active Rest on Last Round)
Return Bricks & Blocks & Mosey to Parking Lot
