Use the length of the covered space for an exercise one way then 20 SSH and mosey back

Curls with the table as a team. Added weight of Lap Dog and then MIB to get our biceps swole.

Ring of fire – high plank while all the pax to 1 merkin in turn, keep going up to 7 merkins at a time. Rest with raise the roof as needed.
