YHC would like to start off by apologizing to the PAX of C.A.T. for neglecting the responsibility of QIC for this past Saturday’s Bootcamp and not posting a BackBlast. For that I am sorry, and with that, here it goes. I am not sure why I thought it would be a good idea to have a clock work themed workout. For the most part I think it was successful, but ironically it didn’t take as long as I had expected!

Conditions: 62 and Clear

Intro, Disclaimer and Prayer

Mosey to the High Jump area of the track and circle up.
TTT x 10
2 burpees
SSH x 10
2 burpees
LBAC’s x 10 each
2 burpees

The Thang:

Mosey to the block pile and grab 12 blocks. Return to the practice field and arrange a clock face. Each man claims a block. Starting with a Merkin, centered on your own block, work clockwise around the clock face with offset merkins each side and a merkin centered on the block. Work around until you are back at your original block.
12 Centered Merkins
12 Left arm Merkins
12 Right arm Merkins

Starting at the one sideline 1 burpee followed by a 4 count bear crawl. Rinse and repeat from opposite sideline adding 1 additional burpee.
Attempt 3-4 crossings.

100yds of Planking and Jumping
Each PAX assumed a low plank position with the first PAX nearest the goal line jumping over the PAX to his side to the end of the line and assuming the low plank position. The next PAX up picked up there leaping over the planking PAX and so on. We did this 50yds out and 50yds back.

Return to Blocks

We moved the blocks outward increasing the spacing in between to allow for room in order to jump squat over the blocks in a clockwise fashion. When we completed circling the clock face we reversed direction and went counter clockwise.

For the next round we did offset squats on and over the blocks clockwise and counter clockwise.

After that we simply worked our way around the clock doing 5 Curls for the Girls at each block.

Hands of Time
We made a solid attempt at this exercise but the wheels fell off soon after beginning. (Most likely due to the fact that it wasn’t entirely understood from the F3 workout catalog).
