Block exercise parade on the blacktop

Weather was hot and humid (can’t be too many more weeks before it starts to feel like fall)

One minute warning was given. At 5:00 disclaimer and prayer.

Moseyed to teachers lot and circled up for warmups: once, db, iw, ttt, slomo mercan and squat, all 10 ic. 

Traced out the parking lines in the middle of the teachers lot with slide steps, back pedals, and running.

Moseyed to block pile for a coupon then circled up on the blacktop. The parade went like this, 10 reps of an exercise were performed one Pax at time (ring of fire style). As the exercise made its way around the circle the rest of the Pax held another exercise. Exercises were; curls – hold block in front / shoulder press – 2sack / block mercan – plank / block squat – air chair / triceps ext – 2sack / napalm – hold in front / chest press – 6 inches

Returned blocks and mosey back to the flag where there was enough time for 20 bbsu oyo.
