9 others (eventually) joined YHC for all sorts of fun and excitement today at TP. YHC arrived early and set out blocks and had a “a spring in his step” all of which prompted questions of YHC’s true identity. Fear not, good PAX of TP, ‘twas I, verily.

The Thang:

Mosey to the front of the parking lot for TTT 15-IC.
Mosey to the middle of the back driveway for LBAC 15-IC
Mosey to the back parking lot for LBAC Backwards 15-IC. Because Buttermaker was worried we wouldn’t.
Mosey to the lower blacktop for Imperial Walkers 15-IC.
No SSHs were harmed during this COP.
Mosey up the sidewalk to the rear planter for a holding pattern – several rounds of Incline Merkins 10-OYO between plank walks around the planter left and right.
Mosey to the wall near the stairs for wall sits. While all other PAX wall sit, one PAX does 15-OYO calf raises. When that PAX is done, the next PAX moves to the stairs and the first PAX takes his place doing wall sits. Continue until all PAX have done calf raises. Rinse and repeat.
Next, divide into groups, and head to the track. Each group goes to a different corner and performs the assigned exercises at each corner in succession. Exercises were: calf raises, step-ups, squats, merkins, BBSUs, flutter kicks, shoulder presses, and bent over rows. All 20-OYO. Do this until time is called. Most groups got 2 laps.
Mosey back to the VSF for Mary. Mary was LBCs, frozen flutters, heel touches, American Hammers, sky humpers, and boat.

Just a thank you to everybody that came today. Certainly hope everyone got something out of it. YHC’s (perhaps evil) goal was to make Pick Axe regret the weight best he wore today.
