11 Pax were treated to a card game in which they were given no clear instructions on how the exercises were being determined, and ended more confused than when they started. All in all work was done and we all got a little better. As for the workout, here is how it went:

Block Carry to the Shelter and circle up (Blocks overhead while crossing the bridge)
High / Low Card Game
• One at a time the Pax go to the middle of the circle and guess if the next card they draw will be higher or lower than the face up card
• If the guess is correct, 1 Merkin or Squat (YHC rotated exercises) is done by all Pax
• For each sequential correct guess an addition rep of the previously called exercise was done (Merkin or Squat) until a wrong guess was made
• If the guess was incorrect, all Pax would do a predetermined exercise based on that guess
• An incorrect guess of “Higher” resulted in x10 reps of an upper body exercise
• An incorrect guess of “Lower” resulted in x10 reps of a lower body exercise
• We went through the entire deck

J, Q , K Rows Block Squats
Doubles – x20 reps for that guess
Aces – 1 lap around single parking lot island with x10 Bobby Hurleys at Speed Bumps
