PAX grab two bricks for 4 rounds of the following (all OYO except squats and planks): 15 overhead press, 45″ (ish) high plank, 15 squats in cadence, 15 overhead triceps extensions, 10 lunges (each leg), 15 curls, 15 calf raises.
40 LBCs at the end followed by 15 more overhead press, 15 overhead triceps extensions, and 15 curls before moseying back to the flag.
5 MoM included boat/canoe/jet ski/sail boat, 10 merkins in cadence, 15 LBCs in cadence, and 10 monkey humpers OYO

Devo: Matthew 19:30 But many who are first will be last; and the last, first. Important words during this time to remember that Jesus chose to spend his time with the downtrodden, poor, sick, and “dregs” of the Earth. As leaders, we are called to put those considered “last” first and to follow in Jesus’ footsteps.
