We will perform the exercise at each station each time we pass the station. (coming and going) We will only advance one station at a time on the way out and return back to the start before advancing to the next station. So station 1 (exercise) then go to station 2 (exercise) return back to station 1. Station 1 (exercise) then go to Station 2 (exercise) then go to Station 3 (exercise) return back to Station 2 (exercise) and return back to Station 1. Rinse and repeat until you get to station 5 and return back to the start.

Devo: All We Ever See
Numbers 11: 5-6
We remember the fish we used to eat for free in Egypt. And we had all the cucumbers, melons, leeks, onions, and garlic we wanted. But now our appetites are gone. All we ever see is the manna!
Everything is much better in our memories. That’s the case with the Israelites as they were wandering in the desert, they were remembering the foods they used to eat. Never mind that they were slaves! God provided a daily miracle for them and that is their thanks. What miracles is God providing for you that you’ve overlooked? Let’s learn from these ungrateful Israelites and than our God for His provisions with a grateful heart!
