Teamwork was the name of the game and seeing YHC read, somewhere reliable, “three strands are not easily broken” — three seemed like a good number to use. YHC promised to keep the numbers simple and not let #Stride breakout again, like the last two Q’s, so we only got to visit 3 of the many locations we have at #Crypt and picked up the reps a little. Total reps per lap was 640, which is the last number YHC read for the number of PAX posting at the MudRun this weekend. We really thought Ranger was going to hang around when YHC mentioned 200 merkins PER LAP… Alas, he took his beer-less vehicle down Cemetery hill to see what the late risers were cooking up instead.
Conditions: 63° and 75% humidity – a perfect morning for a beatdown

Moleskin:
YHC couldn’t help but to head to the wall for a few unscheduled dips, turns out everyone was super excited to have had that opportunity before we began our 200 merkins.
Can’t help to notice that when PAX have to count for themselves (OYO or AMRAP), there’s not as much mumble chatter – at least that’s a guess (because even YHC wanted to give the Q grief)
Scripture bases: Ecclesiastes 4:12 (NIV) – “Though one may be overpowered, two can defend themselves. A cord of three strands is not quickly broken.”
