11 men braved the icy temperatures of the early gloom this morning by posting to #Stumble and got rewarded with 7.4 miles of hills and pain. YHC is feeling the effects from this stroll and is confident he will be feeling them for a couple more days. Consistently large numbers is proof that these boys are hungry for the harder thing and are yearning to get better. Well, they got better today.

Moleskin:
YHC was afraid the combination of the cold temps and the tweeted out route would cause a drop in attendance- NOT THE CASE. These men are looking wherever they can for the largest dose of #DRP they can find. Way to push through this am and thanks for helping YHC push through. T-Claps are in order for Co-Pay, who darted out and took the lead at the very beginning, and never slowed down. 8 min/mi pace during this route was a sight to behold. He even added more distance and us PAX still didn’t catch him. Well done, brother.
