8 pax gathered in the warm and muggy gloom to #getbetter. YHC planned for a nice and easy workout focused on keeping a good heart rate going.
Short mosey for a little warm-up – SSH x 35 then a short mosey to the new porta-potty for a sequence of 5 burpees (OYO), 5 8-count merkins (#Beano inspired), 5-8 count manmakers (#crowdpleaser). All variations of a burpee, then rinse and repeat x 7 and back to AO for 50 more SSH, 35 flutters and 20 LBC’s.
Total damage: 1.5 miles, 35 burpees, 35 8-count merkins, 35 8-count Manmakers = 105 Burpees.
Mission accomplished: good heart rate exercise and lots of #mumblechatter.
