THE THANG: Betty Left First, Then Shuttlecock, Valdez and I went one way. Lemmy and The Beast went the other way. Everybody probably ran about 6 miles with and without track work. I can only guess.

COT: Pray for the jones gap boys (gepetto, valdez, and rudder). It will be a tough race with
any steep sections and apparently some rock climbing!
