The Run: Grab some bricks and head to Intersection of Rectory/Lyttleton.
- First Stop: 25 Curls, IC.
- Run to Synagogue: 25 Sumo Squats, IC.
- Run to Grace: 25 Smurfjacks, IC.
- Run to Elementary School: 25 Mountain Climbers, OYO.
- Run to Archives.
The Thang: Laps around parking lot—up stairs and down each time you come around. Every Minute On the Minute (EMOM), stop where you are and complete one of the following exercises. Once you are done with exercise, back up and continue to complete laps until next exercise on the following minute. 25 minutes.
- Merkins, 25
- Iron Mikes—L/R is 1, 25
- Gas Pumpers, 25
- Squats, 25
- Flutter Kicks—L/R is 1, 25
Water Break.
Rinse and Repeat. X 10 minutes
The Stumble back to the Park:
- Grab your bricks and walk to Elementary School….walking overhead presses.
- Plank position—core work.
- Indian Run to Synagogue: 25 Plank Jacks, OYO
- Indian Run to return bricks.

It occurred to the QIC that the PAX is not getting any younger…..the QIC included. Kiffin and the QIC were the only “non respectable” ones out there this morning. Putting out an APB for Magellan, Bedpan, and dare I say….Stringbean. Or really anyone younger than 50. I always appreciate the opportunity to lead and this group.
