1-Merkins on block push to failure and write your rep down
OH carry block around cone and plank for 6
2-Squat thrusters push to failure write down rep.
OH carry around cone
3- Burpees push to failure write down reps
Oh carry around cone
4- flutter kicks 2 count write down reps
Oh carry around cone plank for 6
Each exercise capped at 2 minutes
Whatever number you wrote done is your goal rep for round two. Oddly people get a tad lippy after round one and finding out this piece of information…😆
