Mosey to helipad & circle up: SSH X 10 IC, LBAC- F X 10 IC, LBAC- R X 10 IC, OC X 10 IC, IW X 10 IC, 10 Merkins OYO, LBC X 10 IC
Mosey back to parking lot. Mosey up lot- 10 merkins oyo, mosey down lot- 10 squats, up lot- 10 diamond merkins oyo, down lot- 10 squat, squat, jumps oyo, up lot- 10 HR merkins oyo, back to bottom- 10 MC oyo. Mosey toward reaper hill stop at wall and grab a spot with a solid stone. All OYO- 10 IC merkins, 10 dips, 10 step ups lead with right foot, rinse and repeat except lead with left foot. Line up at top of reaper hill. Mosey down the hill- 2 burpees at each light and then 2 burpees at the bottom of hill. Mosey to the top with 2 burpees at each light again. Rinse and repeat x 4 burpees down the hill and back up the hill. Next round rinse and repeat with merkins. Grab a spot on the wall- OYO 10 Decline merkins, 10 dips, 10 step ups, rinse and repeat. Mosey back to parking lot. Mosey to top of lot- 10 merkins oyo, mosey to bottom of lot- 10 MC each leg, might have been 2 more exercises…
