I have kind of been dreading this Q all week because the only workout I have done since the P200 is Sweet Baby Jesus presses and couch sitting. I was happy to get back out there to see some people I haven’t seen in a while especially “The Bouknight Boys” Nub and Urkel with their mumble chatter. I think this is the first workout I have been to in a while that Wino and our fierce leader Happy Trees were not in attendance and even Wilson since he told me he was going to show up. Matlock is in another country searching for the fountain of youth so I will give him a pass this time too. We started off the workout with a prayer and stood around in a circle warming up til I woke up.
Started off with 15 TTT, 10 Merkins, 30 SSH, 10 Merkins, 10 LBAC Forward and reverse and then another 10 Merkins.
We then mosied to the track while I figured out what exercises I wanted to do. I promised everyone there would be no running so I had to stick to my word. We all proceeded to go the block pile. We started out with 50 curls, 50 Chest Presses, 50 Situps, 50 sitting diamond block thrusters and 50 block merkins. Then proceeded to do 40 chest presses, 10 block curls, 40 situps, 10 diamond block thrusters and 40 block merkins, We then finished it up with 10 chest presses, 40 block curls, 10 situps, 40 diamond block thrusters and 10 block merkins. At this time everyone was tired from the stories and the time was up. Caboose was very quite on this workout with all the sound effects from Nub and Urkel complaining, So he may have been brainstorming some of these exercises for a future Q.
We mosied back to the light pole since there was no flag there and did the pax count and name o rama.
