Before the 2019 Iron Pax was a distant memory, YHC decided to offer up a sampler of September’s Iron Pax challenge. So, without apologies to our brothers in Greenwood, this was our modified summary:

Weather: Clear, temp in the low 70s and low humidity

Round 1 (Killer “B”s)
Starting at goal Line,
– Broad Jump to 10 yd line and do:
10 Burpees
10 Bonnie Blairs
10 BBSUs
– Broad Jump to 20 yd line , rinse & repeat
– Broad Jump to 30 yd line, rinse & repeat
– Bear Crawl back to goal line
Bear Crawl to 20 yd line and back

Round 2 (Meatloaf’s Massacre, modified)
At goal line with block:
10 Manmakers
20 Overhead Press
30 Kettle Bell swings
40 Goblet squats
50 Incline merkins
1 lap around track (1/4 mile)

Round 3 (Meter’s 43, modified)
At goal line with block:
15 Burpee w/block jump
20 CFGs
25 Block squat thrusters
30 Gas Pumps

Round 4 (Sugar’s Pick your Poison, modified)
At goal line without block:
100 reps combination of merkins & squats
Run/Mosey with block to opposite goal line and back


Mosey to block pile to return blocks & circle at Shovel Flag.
