7 faithful PAX came out for the first run of the fall that was in the 30’s. We ran up HWY 6 to North lake Dr. Down Mt. Regal to the Whiteford neighborhood. We then went back uphill to HWY 378 and then took a right to head back home. Total miles was a little over 6 miles.
