Mosey to block pile and then to bottom of Bus Loop
3 Stations: Bottom of bus loop, Top of bus loop, Picnic / Grassy Area
Station 1:
Kettle Bells X 20 OYO, NaPalms X 20 OYO, Bent over Rows X 20 OYO
Plank until PAX finished and then jog to Station 2
Station 2:
Wheel of Merkins X 20 OYO, Mountain Climbers X 20 OYO, Big Boy Situps X 20 OYO
Plank until PAX finished and then jog to Station 3
Station 3:
Aiken Legs X 20 OYO (Squats, Bench Jumps, Lunges, Split Jacks)
Plank until PAX finished and then jog back to Station 1.
Rinse and Repeat all 3 stations.
Mosey back to Block pile and then circle up at loading dock on your six.
