6 one way, half a dozen the other pax woke up on a Saturday morning ready to face the day by starting with a light beatdown at Shawshank. Get busy livin’ is the motto and it was lived out this morning. Great work was put in by 6 of the finest studs in Lexington…(5 and 1/2 if we base it on height).
YHC went to bed on Friday night not knowing exactly what pain to bring upon the brave brethren who would make an appearance. A 2am emergency wake up call solved the mystery. A modified hero workout would be delivered. Thank you, Zachary Tellier, for your service and sacrifice. Thank you to the pax who made today a F3 kind of Saturday.
