Last night YHC took opportunity to fill in for the “mystery” Q on the Q sheet. It was short notice, but YHC was up to the challenge to provide a good workout for the pax. There were 9 pax in attendance this morning. There were 4 cars in the parking lot because most of these men choose to walk to the AO. All 9 pax came ready to work.

Mosey to entrance to the school. Run the driveway to the block pile. At each light, stop for 3 merkins. Grab a block from the pile and wait for all pax to arrive.
Move back to the driveway. Slowsy down the hill to the next light pole. 11s are the next exercise. At the top of the hill do block burpees. At the bottom of the hill, do bobby hurleys. Overhead carry the block between light poles. Once complete, plank until everyone finishes. Put blocks up.
Move back to the driveway. Mosey back to where we started, at the entrance to the school. At each light pole, 3 V-ups. Once finished, go back and get the rest of the pax and finish as a team.
Mosey to the wall and find a spot. 1 minute of wall sits. 1 minute of balls to the wall.
Mosey to the parking lot. Shuffle the parking lines back and forth and run to each parking spot, until you run out of parking spots.
Mosey to the columns at the front of the school. Alternate lunge and broad jumps from one side to the other.
